01 Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Ranofty handles information when you use Nebula Defender: Offline Space Arcade (the “app”). The app is an offline, single-player game.
02 Data we collect
Ranofty does not collect personal or sensitive user data through the app. The app does not create user accounts, request sign-in details, build user profiles, or transmit information to Ranofty.
The app does not collect identifiers, contact information, location, financial information, browsing activity, advertising data, diagnostics, or gameplay analytics.
03 Local game data
The app stores the following gameplay information locally on your device:
- Coins and high scores
- Unlocked ships and selected ship
- Upgrades, level progress, and earned stars
- Music and sound preferences
The app uses this information only to restore your game progress and settings. Ranofty cannot access it. The app does not initiate transmission of this data to Ranofty or any third party.
Your operating system or device provider may handle app data as part of platform-level backup or device-transfer features according to your device settings and the provider's own privacy terms. Ranofty does not receive or control those backups.
04 Permissions and device capabilities
The release version does not request access to the internet, camera, location, microphone, contacts, photos, media, files, SMS, phone functions, or background activity.
05 Third-party services
The app contains no advertising networks, analytics services, social login services, crash-reporting services, or tracking SDKs. It uses open-source software libraries to run the game locally; those libraries do not receive user data from the app.
The app has no in-app purchases and does not process payment information.
06 Children's privacy
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults. Because the app does not collect or transmit personal data, Ranofty does not maintain personal information about children.
07 Data retention and deletion
Ranofty retains no server-side user data because the app sends none. Locally stored progress remains on your device until you select Reset progress in the app's Settings or remove the app. Platform backup behavior, where applicable, is controlled by your operating system or device provider.
08 Security
The app minimizes privacy risk by operating offline, requesting no sensitive permissions, and collecting no user data. You remain responsible for the security of your device and any platform backups configured on it.
09 Changes to this policy
Ranofty may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date and version shown at the top of this page will identify the latest policy. Material changes will be reflected in the app and on this page.
