01 Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of Nebula Defender: Offline Space Arcade (the “app”), provided by Ranofty. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to any applicable terms of the store from which you obtained it.

If you do not agree, do not install or use the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer law.

02 License to use the app

Ranofty grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment and subject to these Terms.

03 Acceptable use and restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, sell, sublicense, rent, distribute, or commercially exploit the app or its assets.
• Remove copyright, attribution, or proprietary notices.
• Use the app unlawfully, maliciously, or to interfere with a device or service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Misrepresent yourself as Ranofty or claim ownership of the game or its content.

04 Local progress and virtual items

Progress, coins, ships, upgrades, scores, and settings are stored locally. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable between users. The app currently contains no in-app purchases.

You are responsible for maintaining your device. Local progress may be lost when you reset the app, clear app data, change devices, or uninstall the app.

05 Ownership and third-party materials

Ranofty retains all rights in the app that are not expressly granted by these Terms. Certain art, audio, software libraries, and other materials are used under their respective licenses. Their owners retain their applicable rights.

The app credits Kenney and Lynda Mc Donald / LoudEyes for licensed game assets.

06 Updates and availability

Ranofty may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the app or parts of it. Updates may be required for compatibility, security, or store-policy compliance. Availability may vary by device, operating system, country, and storefront.

07 Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every device. Statutory warranties that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.

08 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ranofty will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the app, including loss of local game progress. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

09 App store terms

These Terms supplement the terms of the storefront used to obtain the app. If there is a conflict, mandatory storefront terms and applicable law control.

10 Changes and contact

Ranofty may update these Terms when the app, legal requirements, or store requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
